IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?

All goods are delivered free to mainland UK addresses. Please click on DELIVERY for full details.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro & Solo. Payments can be made by Google Checkout, Nochex and Paypal. Payments by bank transfer and cheques (subject to clearance) are also accepted.

IS MY ON-LINE ORDER SECURE?

All on-line payments to XL use Thawte, which is a 128 bit SSL encrypted payment gateway processor. We do not hold details of your credit or debit card transaction after it is processed.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a no quibble returns policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it unused and in the original packaging for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We do not refund the cost of your return postage/carriage and you must ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting/consignment note when you return it to us. Please ensure you also enclose your contact details and the invoice number or copy invoice with the returned item/s. Prior to returning the goods, simply email or telephone us and we will place a note on your file to expect a return.

Please Note: For custom printed jobs such as personalised tape or computer forms, we do not accept returns unless we have made an error!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES WHEN I AM OUT?

A card will be left for you to contact the courier directly. You will be able to arrange a re-delivery. Our couriers will usually hold goods at there depot for up to 7 days.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR?

We often get requests for non-listed items that we are able to supply. Please phone or email us with your requirement and we will be able to give you an immediate answer. If we do not stock the item, we will always endeavour to supply it or alternatively, point you in the direction of a trade supplier.

DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?

We offer, on most lines, the best volume discounts on the web. We list up to a dozen price breaks on our most popular lines. Please check them out.

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

We are able to provide samples of many of the goods we supply.  These include mailing bags, poly envelopes, bubble wrap, Sage Comp. forms etc. For small consumable items such as these, we charge £5 p&p, refundable against your first order.
